A Brazilian fintech listed on the New York Stock Exchange, now serving more than 30 million customers.

• Led engineering, design and product development and built the team to more than 2,000 professionals.
• Scaled the technology platform through tenfold revenue growth in five years and the company's IPO on the New York Stock Exchange.
• Drove the expansion from payments into banking, lending, insurance and investments, and led a multi-year architecture transformation that reorganised teams around product domains while the business kept growing.

PagSeguro International (BoaCompra)Chief Executive Officer

A cross-border payments business helping game publishers earn revenue across Latin America and other emerging markets.

• Led strategy and operations with a team spread across Brazil, Europe, the United States and Asia.
• Expanded local payment processing into Mexico and Turkey and widened coverage in Peru, Colombia, Portugal and Spain.
• Reorganised the company and led its transition to full ownership by UOL.

UOLE-commerce Director and R&D Director

Brazil's leading internet company and the original parent of PagSeguro.

• Led a research and development department of more than 150 developers building UOL's e-commerce and advertising platforms.
• Headed the development of PagSeguro into Brazil's leading payment solution, growing its development team tenfold.
• Moved into the business side to run the marketplace and comparison-shopping businesses, and tripled online marketing return by tracking conversions on merchants' stores.

Earlier career

• Software Engineering Manager at Maxblue, the online investment joint venture between Deutsche Bank and Banco do Brasil. Set up its development process and moved development from vendors in the United States and India to a team in Brazil.
• Lead Software Architect and Software Engineer at UOL. Led the architecture team and built the company's web, portal and news search.
